To me, this one is worth the hype. I love the stuffed red bell pepper, and the soup and salad sampler dinners are a great variety for not too much. One of the few good, fresh, but not too expensive places to eat in Birmingham. 4 and a half out of 5 stars.

One of my favorite places. Don't go here if you are a big eater. If your really hungry, the pizzas are your best bet (and they are pretty good). But the food is always good, fresh, and prepared well. The bread is outstanding and I believe comes from the bakery next door. This makes for good snacking while waiting on your meal. The soups are always good and change daily as do the tarts. Can't go wrong with the sandwiches. There are some traditional offerings like a tuna melt in addition to some more creative ones as well.

Also a good place to go if you want to sit outside, and perhaps have a glass or share a bottle of wine with somebody. The desserts/pies are pretty good too.

The charm is what makes this such a great place. There is this european/bohemian feel to the place.

I eat lunch here at least once a week. the daily specials are predictably different, but it's fun to see which of your favorites is available on any given day. not huge portions, but delicious and satisfying every time. and the atmosphere is unlike anything else in bham.

Ive only been once, and i was not a good experience. Ice cold, tough, rubbery crepes... not what I expected at all. Everyone else seemed to be happy with there selection, so maybe it was just an "off" order that particular time. Will go back one more time just to see if my first experience was a chance happening.
