September Classes at Viva the Chef

Viva the Chef has posted its schedule of September cooking classes for kids and adults. Adult classes include seafood, wild game, cooking with beer, Italian, and the always-sold-out sushi class. Kids' classes (5 years old and up) include Mexican, stuffed shells, crunchy chicken legs, and meatloaf and potatoes dinner.

One of these days we're going to make it to one of these classes, where you eat what you cook and can bring your own bottle of wine or other adult beverage to consume with it. All classes require a reservation with a 50 percent deposit. For more information, go to www.vivathechef.com or call 967-VIVA.
