The menu will include herb-poached Gulf shrimp on goat cheese and Vidalia onion tartlette paired with Domaine Weinbach Pinot Blanc; roasted Appalachicola oysters with Fairview Viognier; seared Moscovy duck breast with Cono Sur 20 Barrel Pinot Noir, sliced leg of venison with Marques di Caceras Gran Reserva Rioja, and white chocolate bread pudding with Scaranto Moscato. May 3: Southern Slow Food Fair at Jones Valley Urban Farm. Experience where food comes from, how it's prepared, and taste what a sustainable food system is all about.
